Amanda Novack
Research Director
Amanda Novak is certified change practitioner, and her varied background always intersects in people, relationships, systems, and how they work together to help people thrive.
During her time as an Assistant Principal, Amanda received her Master’s of Social Work from Colorado State University with a certificate in Advanced Clinical Behavioral Health. After leaving the school walls in 2022, Amanda embarked on a journey in organizational and educational consulting, helping districts, schools and organizations unearth and untangle their greatest problems of practice. She taught a college level Information Science class and loves using data to tell stories of growth and progress.
Her background as an educator, social worker, and consultant has given Amanda a unique perspective on human systems, systemic health and organizational innovation. She is dedicated to ensuring that people are valued and uplifted and cultivating positive environments to thrive. Amanda is a connector at heart and she loves helping folks find and foster their purpose and belonging. As a Colorado native, Amanda spends as much time as she can outside with her two kids and her dog. You may find Amanda snowboarding, hiking, running, or binge watching Netflix. One of these days, she might actually learn the guitar, too (but she is not holding her breath).
